Il permet d\u2019indiquer<br \/>\ncombien d\u2019enfants d\u2019un groupe d\u2019\u00e2ge donn\u00e9 ont achev\u00e9 un cycle d\u2019enseignement. Il correspond<br \/>\nau nombre total des nouveaux \u00e9l\u00e8ves entrant en derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e d\u2019un cycle, quel que soit l\u2019\u00e2ge et<br \/>\nest exprim\u00e9 en pourcentage de la population totale de l\u2019\u00e2ge th\u00e9orique d\u2019entr\u00e9e au niveau concern\u00e9.<br \/>\nIl est aussi connu en tant que taux brut d\u2019admission en derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e d\u2019un cycle. Si des progr\u00e8s<br \/>\nimportants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en termes d\u2019acc\u00e8s, des efforts restent \u00e0 faire en termes d\u2019ach\u00e8vement.<br \/>\nAu primaire, le taux d\u2019ach\u00e8vement est pass\u00e9 de 87% en 2018-2019 \u00e0 89% en 2022-2023, soit une<br \/>\naugmentation de 2 points de pourcentage durant cette p\u00e9riode. Ces taux indiquent qu\u2019au Togo,<br \/>\nl\u2019ach\u00e8vement demeure un d\u00e9fi \u00e0 relever en vue d\u2019atteindre l\u2019objectif de la scolarisation primaire<br \/>\nuniverselle.<br \/>\nLes taux d\u2019ach\u00e8vement obtenus au secondaire sont inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 ceux du primaire.
